Your tasks
- Responsibility for the conceptual and design development of complex specialised machinery and assemblies, including design and dimensioning
- Production of 3D designs and complete manufacturing documentation, as well as ensuring technical quality (functionality, costs, deadlines)
- providing technical leadership and guidance to a small design team, as well as support with technical issues
- close collaboration with project management, production and other relevant departments, as well as the optimisation and further development of technical solutions and standards
Your profile
- A degree in mechanical engineering and several years’ experience in the construction of specialised machinery
- a high level of expertise in finding solutions to complex design challenges
- Experience in the technical management or supervision of design engineers
- Excellent CAD skills (ideally SolidWorks) and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
- a good command of spoken and written English
