We are aware that products of the highest quality are expected of us.
The following guidelines and our Code of Conduct form the basis of our actions:
The implementation of the guidelines is the responsibility of the company management. All managers are responsible for integrity, quality, health, environment and safety. All managers and employees are obliged to implement the above guidelines. This responsibility includes the obligation to minimise safety-relevant risks and eliminate corresponding hazards. All employees, including external staff, are obliged to provide active support.
By publishing this policy, the management is also committed to protecting the environment and preventing environmental pollution as well as conserving resources and energy through the use of environmentally friendly technologies and materials.
We analyse the business environment, the needs of customers and interested parties to understand their requirements and expectations. As part of our entrepreneurial diligence, we assess the risks and opportunities arising from our activities.
An integrated management system (IMS) in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 standards was introduced in the company to improve the fulfilment of tasks and prove the credibility of the measures taken.
The company management continuously assesses whether the integrated management system fulfils the requirements of the underlying standards and the needs of the company and continuously develops it further with the cooperation of all those involved. To this end, managers are obliged to consult and involve employees.
L+R also expects its suppliers to comply with these guidelines and this is a selection criterion for procurement.
The company’s policy has been published and is available to all interested parties on request.
